Privacy Policy
Short version: this extension does not sell data, does not use ads, does not run analytics, and does not send your Pinterest board data to the developer. It processes visible Pinterest image URLs locally in your browser so you can export them for Midjourney Moodboards.
Information the extension handles
When you click the extension button on a Pinterest board, the extension reads visible page content needed for its user-facing feature. This may include Pinterest image URLs, the current board URL, the board title, image alt text, and related pin URLs.
The extension also stores your latest export and extension settings locally using Chrome storage, so the popup can keep showing your last generated moodboard package.
How the information is used
The extension uses this information only to help you create a Midjourney Moodboard package from a Pinterest board. It can copy image URLs, export TXT/CSV/HTML files, open the Midjourney Moodboards page, and optionally start image downloads through Chrome.
Data sharing and transfers
The extension does not transmit collected Pinterest board data to the developer or to a developer-controlled server.
If you choose to paste image URLs into Midjourney, upload downloaded images, or open external websites, those services process data according to their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover Pinterest, Midjourney, Google Chrome, or Cloudflare.
Local storage and retention
The extension stores settings and the latest generated image list locally in Chrome storage. You can remove this local data by uninstalling the extension or clearing the extension's stored data in Chrome.
Permissions
- activeTab: lets the extension work on the Pinterest tab only after you click it.
- scripting: lets the extension scan the currently active page for visible Pinterest image URLs.
- storage: saves extension settings and the latest generated result locally.
- downloads: lets the extension start image downloads when you explicitly click the download button.
Advertising and analytics
The extension does not include advertising, tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Security
The extension uses direct HTTPS image URLs where available and avoids developer-controlled servers. Any data you choose to send to Pinterest, Midjourney, Chrome, or other websites is handled by those services.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the extension changes how it handles data. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
